Maldives Police Service has cancelled the summon order sent to MP Musthafaa. Police sent a summon order to Musthafa asking him to be at the Police headquarters at 8:30 pm tonight.
He was being summoned to take an audio sample, regarding an ongoing investigation. Police is investigating him for encouraging to overthrow the government and for promoting unlawful activities.
Apparently police had a court warrant to obtain samples from Musthafa. Musthafa is being investigated based on what he said during a talk show aired on RajjeTV on 28th July.
