Supreme Court has scheduled a second hearing of Saud’s case for tomorrow. Saud filed a case to the Supreme Court after the Elections Commission declared his parliament seat vacant.
After today’s hearing Saud’s lawyer said that they got very little time and in today’s hearing they presented the case.
“The judges informed that another hearing will be held sometime tomorrow” said the lawyer.
The lawyer said that the EC and the state will answer in tomorrow’s hearing. He said that he hopes to talk on behalf of Saud in tomorrow’shearing as well. “With the will of Allah, the case is very clear and no one can try to distort the truth” said the lawyer.
Saud’s lawyer said that based on the evidences they have they can say that the decision of the EC to remove Saud was unlawful.
