Dhiraagu have stated that they are always ready to provide telecommunication services needed by the tourism industry.
Speaking at a ceremony held to sign the sponsorship agreement with Dhiraagu and Maldives Guest House Conference, the Chief Marketing Officer of Dhiraagu, Izabel said that the role of tourism industry is huge in developing the economy of Maldives and the guest house industry is also very important.
“However, the guest houses face many challenges. Pioneers of the industry can meet through the conference and discuss about the challenges. They can discuss about a way forward” said Izabel.
Izabel said that the conference is very important to Dhiraagu as well. She said that this will help Dhiraagu to identify what they can do to improve their services.
Even now Dhiraagu provides a package named Guest House Internet to guest houses. Maldives Gateway the organizers of Guest House Conference, said that the environmental responsibility program started by Dhiraagu will benefit the guest houses.
