In the trial of JP Leader Qasim Ibrahim held today at the criminal court, the prosecutors have submitted “very strong” evidences against Qasim Ibrahim.
The forensic evidence they submitted includes, a statement by police officers saying that Qasim gave a speech at Kunooz. A speech which was broadcasted live on tv. The police said that “this is Qasim’s photo, this is Qasim’s voice, this is Qasim’s video” while submitting evidence.
Qasim never denied saying any of these things. He confessed to saying these even before. The state could not provide any other evidence than the footage of Qasim’s speech at Kunooz. That is the only evidence they have against Qasim.
The judge ended today’s hearing, after announcing that there will be another hearing next week.
