Criminal Court has ruled that RajjeTV’s COO Fiyaz is not guilty.
He was charged for assaulting a police officer last year during a police operation conducted near Iskandar Koshi. He was asked by a police officer to leave the area, but he did not leave and assaulted the police officer according to the state.
The court questioned the PG lawyers regarding the charges. Some sources say that the PG lawyers changed the charges mid-trial. Fiyaz denied all the charged.
If he was found guilty, he would be jailed for 9 years.
