CEO of MTCC Ibrahim Ziyath have said that the last year was a huge success to MTCC in all regards.
Speaking to Miadhu News, last night after the annual general assembly of the company, Ziyath said that development can be seen from all areas. He said that the company progressed by 30 percent in all important areas.
“Last year was a good year. We have shown good results. We are giving 48 Rufiyaa per share this year” said Ziyath.
Ziyath said this because, recently MTCC has given 1 bonus share for each share. Hence each share has been turned in to two.
The four members who were elected to the board of the company last night are Nashrath Mohammed, Aishath Fazeena, Mohamed Farshath and Mansoor Zubair.
MTCC has decided to distribute 34 million Rufiyaa to the shareholders. Ziyath said that the money will be deposited within the next month.
In last night’s meeting, the company passed many important decisions. These including changing the face value of the shares.
