JP Leader Qasim Ibrahim has been given additional 10 days by the Correctional Service, to stay in Singapore and get treatment. Initially he was given 10 days however it has now been extended to additional 10 days.
Media official of Correctional Service confirmed that they have extended the due date. However, he did not specify how many days they have given.
Qasim’s family and his legal team has been constantly asking Correctional Service to give permission to extend his stay in Singapore.
Doctors who examined Qasim in Singapore said that Qasim needs to go under an urgent operation. They said that Qasim’s life will be in danger if they operation is delayed.
