Cake Donors have started a fund-raising event for Rohingya Muslims.
The event is being conducted in association with International Aid Campaign. The even was conducted in various areas of Male’ such as MPL area, Rasfannu, Artificial Beach and Children’s Park. More than 60 volunteers took part in conducting the event.
Speaking to Miadhu News, official from Cake Donors said that they will donate all the money raised from the event to Rohingya Muslims. In addition they said that the money will be sent to Rohingya Muslims through International Aid Campaign.
Different types of cakes, pastries, lunch packs, spaghetti, biriyani and many other food items were sold in the event.
The event went on till 8 pm on Saturday.
