CEO of MWSC Ibrahim Fazul Rasheed have said that MWSC will start water supply services in Kulhudhuhfushi next year.
Speaking at the ceremony held to launch the RO plant in Male’, he said that the work of developing the infrastructure in Kulhdhuhfushi is going on at a fast pace and the work of the bottling plant in Dhuvaafaru is also going on.
Fazul said that the RO plant will increase the production of water in Male’ by 35 percent and that they are trying to develop an additional plant in Male’.
They decided to develop an additional plant after the water crises in Male’ and as a preventive mechanism.
