Human Resource and Administration Manager of MTCC, Ibrahim Latheef have said that the company always values the staffs.
He said that while many companies are unware of the importance of giving bonus to the staffs, MTCC started giving bonuses. He said that the company gives a high priority to treating the staffs well.
He said that in the past 16 years the company provided high educational opportunities for more than 50 staffs and that is benefitting the staffs and the company.
Even this year MTCC provided 10 of their staffs with opportunities for higher education.
MTCC is the sole distributor of Suzuki and Yamma engines in the Maldives. MTCC also conducts engine repair programs for free within the atolls.
