Government has submitted a supplementary budget to the parliament.
The supplementary budget was presented to the parliament by Finance Minister Munawwar. This is a 493 million Rufiyaa budget and he requested to pass it.
The 493 million Rufiyaa includes 330 million Rufiyaa for health services and 25 million Rufiyaa for bi-elections. Moreover 40 million Rufiyaa to run Kaandehdhoo airport.
Furthermore 26 million Rufiyaa was allocated to digitalize the schools and 17 million Rufiyaa was allocated for other costs.
