Ruling party PPM has opened a new campaign center in Male’. In a ceremony held last night the center was officially opened by President Yameen.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, the president said that the purpose of the center is to make people more aware about the situation of the country.
In addition the president said that the political changes of 2008 damaged the country. He said that these changes resulted in deterioration of the Islamic identity of Maldives. President said that the people should be aware of the truth and the purpose of the campaign center is to do such works. The center will be managed by housing minister Dr.Muizzu. In last night’ ceremony 40 staffs of housing ministry joined PPM.
