Foreign Minister Dr.Mohammed Asim have stated that Maldives has started working against terrorism with strong determination.
He said that all the countries should work together to prevent terrorism and especially inhuman activities by Daaesh.
The minister noted that Maldives created a National Counter Terrorism Center last year to monitor and analyze counter terrorism efforts in the country.
Furthermore, the minister also condemned North Korea for testing ballistic missiles against international rules. “I call North Korea to solve these problems through diplomacy and to choose peace over conflict” said Dr.Asim.
