MP Anara have said that an MP can lose the parliament seat only when the Supreme Court issues a verdict regarding it and hence she is worried that the parliament is withholding salaries of some MPs even though there is no Supreme Court verdict saying that these members lost their seats.
Speaking to the press yesterday at M.Kunooz Anara said that no official authority have declared that any members have lost their seats.
Speaking at the press conference Deputy Leader of JP, Abdullah Riyaz said that members who apparently lost their seats have been writing letters to various authorities, but no authorities have given an answer confirming that they have lost the seat.
Riyaz said that if any authority confirms that these members have lost their seats then they will submit the case to the Supreme Court.
