Managing Director of MACL Adhil Moosa have said that the staffs of MACL remain at the company for a long time due to various appealing factors the company possess.
Speaking at the MD Award Ceremony of MACL held last night, Adhil said that the company has more than 2500 staffs and most of them spent all their employment life at MACL. He noted that most of the senior staffs at MACL worked all their life at MACL. “Even I worked for 23 years in this company. I experienced many things” said Adhil Moosa.
He said that the company is doing many things for the welfare of the staffs. He said that in the past 2 years the company sent 10 staffs to hajj annually. “No government company provides educational opportunity to the children of their staffs. However, we have given that opportunity. Staffs are using that opportunity” said Adhil.
In addition he said that they are talking with the government to provide housing for staffs of MACL. “We hope to see that some staffs will benefit from this by the end of next year. We will reveal details before the end of this year” said Adhil.
