President of the Civil Service Commission Dr.Ali Shameem have said that it is his dream to see that Maldives has the most number of Haafiz’s per capita.
He said this during the ceremony held to give awards to the winners of the MVTV Quran competition and MVTV Madhaha competition. Dr.Ali Shameem said that he wants Maldives to make this record and that it will not be hard for Maldives.
He said that reciting Quran will improve self confidence and benefit in this world and the hereafter.
