President Yameen have stated that what the government requires from the youth for the development of the country is being achieved.
Speaking at the Youth Awards ceremony last night he said that his biggest request from the youth is to progress in different areas of trade. He also said that he wants youth to serve the state as volunteers.
President Yameen said that the country can progress with the energy of the youth and with the help of volunteers. “Senior citizens served the nation during their youth. Today’s youth should do their services now. Those who win awards in ceremonies like this are exemplary youth” said the President.
President said that the youth has a huge responsibility to the state but there are many responsibilities of the state towards the youth as well.
