Finance Minister Ahmed Munawwar have said that the budget passed for 2018 can be implemented even though it is the largest budget passed in the history of Maldives.
The minister said that this year’s budget was also managed without halting any projects.
“What we do is reducing administrative costs. No projects have been stopped” said the minister.
Minister said that some of the projects in the budget includes projects that will be conducted through grants, but these projects will follow different stages and the government will do what is required.
