WAMCO has announced that they are looking for parties to develop a 15-storey residential tower in Hulhumale’.
The announcement says that those interested in developing the 15-storey tower in 10,000 square feet land plot should submit their letter of interest to WAMCO before 7th December.
In addition to WAMCO many other state owned companies participating in the social housing project of the government has announced for interested parties to develop their residential towers.
Government stated that 22 different companies are taking part in the social housing project including state owned companies and private companies.
