MTCC has opened bid to develop two towers in Hulhumale’.
According to the announcement made by MTCC, interested parties should submit a letter expressing interest before 7th December. The company states that each tower will be developed in a 10,000 square feet land plot.
State-owned companies participating in the social housing project of the government has announced for interested parties to develop their residential towers.
Government stated that 22 different companies are taking part in the social housing project including state owned companies and private companies.
