Bangladeshi Embassy in Maldives has been given an award by HRCM to recognize their work in promoting and upholding human rights.
Other institutions that won the award includes, police, PG office, Office of the information commissioner and civil service commission.
In addition, Bandos Island resorts, some schools, hospitals and some individuals also won the award.
The awards were given during a ceremony held last night and it was handed over by Gender Minister Zeneesha Shaheed Zaki.
