270 foreign delegates and 80 local delegates will take part in the Maldives Investment Forum to be held in Dubai. Local delegates include representatives from the tourism industry, construction industry, banks and the government.
Vice President Abdullah Jihaad will be the most senior government representative in the forum.
Investment opportunities in the Maldives will be presented during this year’s forum as well. Those include opportunities in Hulhumale’, airport development projects and many other projects.
Dubai has also given special priority to the forum. The Economic Ministry of Dubai is publicizing the event. Maldivian Economic Minister Mohammed Saeed and Economic Minister of UAE Sultan Bin Saeed will deliver a speech at the forum.
This is the fourth forum of this series. Previous forums were held in China, Singapore and India.
