MD of Fenaka, Ahmed Shareef have stated that even though Fenaka is a young company by Maldivian standards, the company runs the largest operations and is also very complicated.
He made this statement while speaking at the closing ceremony of a training program conducted by Fenaka and Maritime Academy of Maldives. He said that the company is obligated with providing a basic service to almost 80 percent of the population. He said that hence if the staffs of the company have the required skills then they will be able to serve the people properly.
“Now we are counting the last days of the year, but we will still try to give more trainings to our staffs this year” said Shareef.
Shareef said that the information provided at the training was not new, but the purpose was to refresh the staffs. He said that he hopes that the program will benefit the staffs.
