Health Minister Nazim has asked the opposition to reveal what they will do better than the government if they assume office.
Speaking at a ceremony held to launch the water supply plant of Hinnavaru, the minister said that for people what is important is basic services they have been waiting for all their lives and not democracy. Nazim said that he has information of the projects planned for Hinnavaru during Qasim Ibrahim’s tenure as Finance Minister, but none of the projects were realized.
He said that some leaders said that make shift beds and strong men can substitute ambulances, but this government does not believe in such primitive policies and hence have provided various islands with ambulances.
The minister talked about various development projects started in Hinnavaru by the current administration.
