President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has inaugurated the harbour of Thulhadhoo Island, and attended the function held to mark the completion of beach protection project.
The harbour inaugurated today in Thulhadhoo Island is 1210 feet long and 550 feet wide.
Thulhaadhoo is the last leg of the President’s current visit to South Miladhunmadulu Atoll, Faadhippolhu Atoll and South Maalhosmadulu Atoll.
During his visit to the islands the President took part in ceremonies held to mark the completion of government projects, and inaugurated key projects in the islands.
