Officials of Villa Group have stated that, even with the temporary permit, only Royal Island Resort is allowed to obtain alcohol and stocks in other resorts will run out by tomorrow.
The official of Villa said that, according to customs officers they are still waiting for orders from their superiors to release the alcohol.
“If this goes on, our stocks will run out tomorrow and we cannot serve the guests” said the official.
In addition, the official said that the biggest difficulties are faced at Fun Island Resort because customs seized the stock at the resort. “Even now guests are complaining. They are asking if that is how we treat tourists” said the official.
Furthermore he said that the tourists will go back to their countries and share their experiences.
