Ahmed Sulaiman the President of the elections Commission has resigned.
He resigned during a time the parliament members who were dismissed by the EC have been going to the Elections Commission to meet the members of Elections Commission.
Ahmed Sulaiman is a close associate of President Yameen since the days of PA. He was also a member of parliament which wrote the constitution of Maldives.
