MP Ilham and MP Sinaan have been arrested upon their arrival to the Maldives. They were arrested at the airport.
They were arrested with a court order according to the police. However the previous court order to arrest them was revoked. Police have been trying to question Ilhaam and Sinaan regarding Faaris Maumoon’s bribery case.
