State of Emergency revised !

State of Emergency has been revised so that people in detention does not have to be taken to a judge.

In addition to the suspended articles of the constitution, article 48 has been added to the statement.

With this addition, those who are being detained do not have to be informed why they are detained and also they lose their right to remain silent. In addition, those who are arrested do not have to be taken to a judge within 24 hours for a remand hearing. Those arrested can also be detained as long as the state of emergency remains.
