Department of Judicial Administration have stated that the work of the Supreme Court is going on under the guidance of the Supreme Court judges.
Meanwhile Maldives Police Service has arrested Justice Ali Hameed and Abdullah Saeed. In addition they have arrested the administrator of DJA Hassan Saeed.
Hence at the moment there are now 3 judges in the Supreme Court. Last night the security services entered the Supreme Court forcefully after breaking the lock and over the roof. There is no further information about what went on in the Supreme Court last night.
