Will not take part in any talks with the government without UN as a mediator : Opposition
Maldivian opposition parties have stated that the coalition will not do whatever the government wants and that they will not talk with the government without the UN as a mediator.

In a press conference held at M.Kunooz today, the opposition proposed 4 conditions to the government. They are 1. Implementing the verdict issued by the Supreme Court on 1st February 2. Freeing the two Supreme Court judges and reinstate them to the bench 3. Free everyone who were arrested during the state of emergency and 4. Start holding sessions of the parliament.

According to the opposition, even the government will have to return within the boundaries of the law. They said that these unlawful acts are crimes and it should be stopped.
