Supreme Court issues a temporary order preventing the 12 MPs who lost their seats from entering the parliament
Supreme Court has issued a temporary order preventing the 12 MPs who were previously unseated by the EC from entering the parliament.

The temporary order was issued after the AG filed a case to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court verdict orders a temporary suspension on following the verdict of 1st February which annulled previous Supreme Court order saying that MP’s who cross floors will lose their seats.

The verdict of 1st February was issued with the consensus of all the Supreme Court justices. Supreme Court issued this order during a time when the 12 MPs were even give invitation to take part in tomorrow’s parliament session.

Opposition MPs are saying that the government filed this case to the Supreme Court because they know that they will lose the majority if the 12 MPs are allowed to enter the parliament tomorrow.
