A Sri Lankan fisherman has been treated at Hdh.Kulhudhuhfushi. He was onboard a Sri Lankan fishing vessel near Maldives. The man was taken to Kulhudhuhfushi with the help of the coast guard.

Maritime Rescue Coordination Center of Coast Guard received information about the man from the Sti Lankan Navy HQ yesterday. Upon receiving information coast guard and a team of doctors of Kulhdhuhfushi prepared to treat the man.

The man was taken to Kulhdhuhfushi via a fast interceptor vessel of coast guard at 10:30 am today.

The man is a 47 years old and he had sudden chest pains while fishing.
