Lawyer of President Maumoon, Maumoon Hameed have said that even though the doctors have told that Maumoon’s condition is worsening, the police has prevented Maumoon from calling his family. Maumoon Hameed said that, now the authorities have made falling ill a punishable offence.

He noted that, yesterday’s hearing at the court was cancelled because of Maumoon’s ill health.
