Former MD of STO, Adam Azim and lawyer Fareed has joined Jumuhoory Party. They joined the party in a ceremony held last night and they handed over their party membership form to Abdullah Kamaaludheen the deputy leader of JP.

Azim was given the position of the party’s legal advisor last night. Speaking at the ceremony, Abdullah Kamaaluhdheen said that the two of them joining JP is a huge achievement for JP.

Speaking at the ceremony, Azim said that it wont be a lie to say that Qasim Ibrahim the leader of JP is the father of democracy and the work he is doing despite all the challenges is proof of this. Azim said that his whole family will follow JP and the reform works done by JP. He said that politics is the work of everyone and hence everyone should work together.

In addition, Azim said that he will work with JP to free his brother Nazim who is in jail now.

In recent times many prominent politicians have joined JP.
