Maldives Financial Expo is to be held on July 2017. This year’s expo will be held in association with Housing Development Corporation.
Information about the expo was given to the press during a press conference held today. The executive director of MMA Mariyam Jaleela and Ahmed Fatih the municipal director of HDC gave information to the press.
Speaking to the press Lajeela said that the purpose of conducting this expo is to create awareness among the public regarding financial and economic issues and to strengthen the relation between the public and the financial sector. She said that information about opportunities to get housing loan and developing real estate will be given during the expo.
Ahmed Fatih said that they want private sector, the government, and people from the financial sector to take part in this expo and get more information.
Maldives Financial Expo was held in 2015 for the first time. Some institutions taking part in this year’s expo include HDFC, MFLC, CMDA, MSC, MPO and MIRA.
