Youth delegates from Maldives concludes their trip to China

Youth delegates from Maldives has concluded their trip to China. On 9th to 15th of July, 11 youths from Maldives visited China.
This is part of a cultural exchange program. Under this program, the visitors will gain first hand experience of Chinese culture, their technology and the extent at which Chinese youth contribute to China’s development. Various programs and seminars were held during the program.
According to the youths who visited China, this trip will encourage them to take more roles in the developmental process of the country.
Youth Ministry has been conducting various programs like this for the youths. On March 28th to April 3rd, a youth delegation from Maldives were sent to Sri Lanka to take part in a youth training camp.
In the past three years the relations between Maldives and China has strengthened.
