Since 2007 the Auditor General has been released audit reports. From 99 percent of the audit reports we can see that unlawful acts have been done.
Millions have been swindled or stolen. However any action was taken only in few cases.
Even ACC is investigating various cases. Some cases have been in the investigation process for 11 years now. According to ACC they have sent some cases to PG. However we don’t see any of them in court.
Recently the president has formed an asset recovery commission. Even though it is called corruption, the actual act is robbery. It is cheating and swindling.
Hence, people who stole from the state coffers and enjoying this money and so far, no action has been taken against them. The state spends millions on the investigative authorities as well. However we can see how fruitful these authorities are.
According to the president, everyone should work in the same pace as him and if not that person will be seen as a failure. Some of these institutions are not able to keep up with President Yameen. These institutions need to be overhauled.
