STO has begun a customer survey to improve their services.

The survey started on Wednesday and will be conducted for a two-week period. The survey is being conducted in STO outlets in Male’, Hulhumale’ and Villimale’. The purpose of the survey is to understand the customer’s feedback of their services and to improve the services based on it.

The survey is being conducted under the Will Campaign of STO and It will be conducted via a tablet. Will campaign begun in 20th December 2015 to develop the company’s capacity in terms of finances, environment, and staffs of STO.
