First Lady visits Meedhoo and Maduvvari

First Lady of the Maldives, Fathimath Ibrahim is visiting R.Maduvvari and Meedhoo. She is visiting these two islands to campaign for the parliament bi-election of Madduvarri constituency.
She was accompanied by MPs and senior government officials. MPs who accompanied her include the deputy speaker of the parliament Reekoo Moosa Manik and MP Jaufar Dawood.
Speaking to the press Reeko Moosa said that the purpose of the trip is to campaign for the Madduvarri bi-election. He said that the first lady took part in the trip just to meet the people.
