Chancellor of Islamic University Dr.Shaheem Ali Saeed have said that Al-Mahanj will be a great opportunity for scholars who public academic researches.
He made this statement while speaking at the opening ceremony of the international conference on Islamic Awakening. Dr.Shaheem said that the Center for Research and Publications of IUM is doing a lot of work to create favorable environment for research works in Maldives. He said that those works include organizing workshops, conferences, funding research works, and publishing an international research journal in three languages.
“Al-Mahanj which will be published in three languages, will be an excellent opportunity for scholars who public academic researches. This came into being with the help of the government and with the hard work of IUM staffs” said Dr.Shaheem the chancellor of Islamic University.
