MATATO travel conference is to be held at Bandos Island Resort on 23rd of November. The conference is organized in association with Trip Advisor. Four experts from the travel industry will take part in the conference as keynote speakers.
The keynote speakers are Damien Cook, the CEO of Tourism Frontiers, Sara Mathews the Head of Destination Marketing of Trip Advisor, Helona Padiachia the Director of Pacific Asia Travel Association and Dr.Abdullah Mausoom the GM of Sun Island Resort.
Some topics that will be covered in the conference includes, evolution of travel, travel trends, Maldives destination insights, best practices of digital marketing and destination review.
Maldives Travel Conference is a conference organized by MATATO to bring together stakeholders of the travel industry to discuss on various matters of interest. The conference was held for the first-time last year, as part of the Maldives Travel Awards. More than 150 representatives from the travel industry took part in last year’s conference.
