MTDC to sell lease hold right of B.Kihavah Huravalhi

Maldives Tourism Development Corporation has announced to sell the lease hold right of B.Kihavah Huravalhi.
The resort is managed by Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villa at the moment. The island is leased to Maina International of Thailand by MTDC.
An announcement released by the company on Thursday says that foreign and local companies have the opportunity to buy lease hold rights of the island. According to the announcement interested parties should submit bid documents before 10th December.
The government gave the island to MTDC in 2010 for 25 years.
