Sea Sports Raalhu Season has begun. 

The competition is organized by Maldives Surging Association (MSA). The competition has two divisions and a total of 44 surfers are taking part in the competition. 

In the short board division 23 surfers are participating while 21 surfers are taking part in the body boarding division. 

The title sponsor of the competition is Sea Sports and the cosponsor is Lizy. Partner sponsors are Dhiraagu and Sea Gear. 

According to the surfing association, there are many participants from Laamu Atoll and Fuvahmulah.
