The MTCC bus driver whose bus ran over a 31 year old Ukrainian tourist has been released from custody. 

The man was taken to the Criminal Court to extend his detention, but the court ordered to free him with some conditions. 

The driver was sleeping while he drove the bus and woke up suddenly and accelerated the bus which ran over the tourist. 

The Ukrainian woman’s body has now been taken back to her country.
