A training program for agricultural field officers has begun. The program is funded by Mohammed Umar Manik Foundation. 

The program will begin on 29th July and will be held for 6 months. Participants from Ha.Kelaa, Hdh.Nellaidhoo, R.Vaadhoo, Ga.Maamendhoo, and Fuvahmulah are taking part in the training.

The field officers will be trained by the Tamil Nadu University of India. All the costs of the program will be covered by Mohammed Umar Manik Foundation.
