Male’ City council is discussing on imposing a ban on the use of motorized vehicles in Male’ once a month.

Male’ City’s deputy mayor Shamaau Shareef said that they are discussing to impose this ban once a month. 

He said that many other cities in the world also has this practice. He said that the city council members will hold a public discussion regarding the matter and that they will take the decision based on public opinion.
