Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has started providing ferry service in Faafu Atoll. 

According to MTCC, the ferry service will be available 5 times a week. The price for one ferry trip is MVR 20. MTCC has published the time table and route of the ferry on the company’s website. 

The ferry will have the capacity to cater for 100 passengers and also will be able to carry light luggage and bicycles.
