All Muslims say that they want to attain paradise. All Muslims would want this but, not all work hard enough to do so. Very few actually work hard to earn paradise.

Paradise cannot be earned like winning the lottery. After taking part in a lotter it just depends on chance. If you get it you win millions. This is not how one must act in order to earn paradise. It can be earned through hard work.

And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that they will have gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, "This is what we were provided with before." And it is given to them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein eternally. (Surah Al-Baqarah 25)

What we have to do is believe in Allah and do good deeds. Also we must refrain from all acts that are prohibited. Also we know that Paradise where all our wishes get fulfilled. If one earns these provisions mentioned in the above verse what else will they be in need of ? Hence everyone must work hard to attain paradise.
