Supreme Court of the Maldives has scheduled a hearing of Supreme Court Judge Didi’s case against the Judicial Service Commission.

When the JSC decided to suspend Didi, he filed a case against JSC at the Supreme Court. The court registered the case and issued an order to delay the judge’s suspension until a verdict is reached on the matter.

The hearing will be held tomorrow at 1315 hours. The case will be presided by Justices Dr.Ahmed Abdullah Didi, Adam Mohammed Abdullah and Abdul Ghani Mohammed.
